Alicia is a coaching veteran, having worked with businesses big and small in sectors as wide-ranging as finance, art, music, and logistics. She has a sixth sense for business bottlenecks, and can quickly identify growth opportunities.

When Rosemarie joined the company, she brought with her a whole new perspective on consulting. Instead of approaching clients with a view to telling them how to change, she first listens to how they view their own journey to success.
